The Flo-Gage is a direct reading liquid flowmeter and gas flowmeter with a large easy to read dial calibrated in engineering units (GPM, SCFM, LPM, etc.). The Flo-Gage is suitable for measuring water, oil, and most low viscosity liquids as well as compressed air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and many other non-toxic compressed gases. Saturated steam can also be measured up to 120 psig max. The flowmeter is self contained and complete. Available in threaded and flanged connection.

The Flo-Gage can be fitted with a 4 wire transmitter to provide a 4-20mA (linear) output signal (Option W), 0-1000 Hz frequency outputs for remote totalization (Option Y), high/low relays for signaling flow conditions (Option X) or Option Z combines option W, X and Y in one unit. Our 2 wire loop powered 4-20mA (square root) output signal (Option W2 or W3) with either an indicating or non-indicating transmitter. Our flow transmitters for liquids and gases are available in threaded and flanged connection. 24Vdc power supply required (PS-24).

Our General Purpose flow switches (liquid and gas) reed switches (Option 1S2 or 2S2) are an economical solution for equipment protection and automation for critical processes in a variety of industrial applications. They can be ordered for use in a hazardous location enviroment (Option IS or Option IS-LED). LED’s provide viewing at a glance and easy field calibration. These switches are CSA and ATEX approved and operate in the most demanding environments. Each switch is independently adjustable for ease in configuring a safety interlock or control circuit. Available in threaded and flanged connection.

Digital Display Flow Meters for Liquids and Gases

The digital display flow meter is a loop powered 4-20mA DC 2 wire indicator that displays a flow rate and total. Open collector output for remote totalizer. Password protection and 16 bit A/D resolution. A solid state strain gauge senses the differential pressure directly which provides a 4-20mA signal proportional to the flow rate squared to the display. Available in threaded and flanged connection.
